These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ListKeeper, operated by MB Software Studio, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

ListKeeper provides business listing monitoring and management services. We scan public directories for your business information, report inconsistencies, and submit updates on your behalf to third-party platforms.

Your Responsibilities

• You must have the authority to manage the business listings you submit to our service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide.
• When connecting third-party accounts (Google, Facebook, etc.), you grant us permission to read and update listing information on those platforms on your behalf.
• You will not use our service for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purposes.

Listing Ownership

You retain full ownership of your business listings at all times. We do not claim ownership of any listing data. If you cancel your subscription, your listings remain as-is on their respective platforms.

Third-Party Platforms

Our service interacts with third-party directory platforms. We do not control these platforms and cannot guarantee that updates will be accepted, published, or remain unchanged by the platform. Each platform has its own terms, review processes, and moderation policies.

Billing and Cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB Software Studio, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to lost revenue from incorrect listings, rejected updates by third-party platforms, or temporary service interruptions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
